After some windows updates, your headset will not work to answer calls. This is due to windows changing the audio options in 3cx. Follow these steps to make sure your 3cx audio options are set properly:
1) Hit the three blue dots in the top right corner of your 3cx client and choose "audio options"
2) If "primary sound driver" is the current showing option, that is your issue. Change the "microphone" and "speaker" option to the plantronics option. you can also choose plantronics for the ringing option if you want it to ring in the headset.
3) Hit "ok" to save changes
4) CLOSE the 3cx program by right clicking on the 3cx icon in the lower right corner of the taskbar and clicking EXIT
5) Re-open 3cx program from the desktop icon or start menu
