3cx Web Client First Time Setup

Once you get signed into 3cx for the first time, you will see the full list of the company extensions.

If you prefer, you can change it to show the store you are in by default:

In order to use 3cx as an "App" in the system, click on the Edge Icon in the top left:

Click install:

Hit install again:

Once it installs, 3cx will open as its own window instead of a tab in your browser.  Click "Create Desktop Shortcut" and "Auto-start on device login" so that 3cx opens automatically:

Click allow

To set your 3cx to use your plantronics headset, click on the three dots on the side menu and choose settings:

Choose Audio and Video:

Change your speaker to the plantronics and Microphone to the plantronics

For ringer, you can choose whatever audio output device you want it to ring to, either computer speaker or your headset.

If you have the plantronics software already installed on your computer, the green plantronics battery indicator should be showing in the taskbar on your computer by the time:

Under headset integration, choose plantronics:

To verify 3cx has a connection to the plantronics headset, a green box will show Plantronics savi:

If this shows blue or red, this means you do not have a established connection between 3cx and plantronics.  A reboot of the computer should fix this.
